Hot cold stone massage and 7 crystals

First Stone therapy used only hot stones. In the ritual I created using both the hot and cold stones simultaneously, both moving and placed on the body at specific points. After an hour massage  place the 7 crystals on the 7 chakras, with beneficial effects not only physical due to heat (muscle relaxation) and cooling (cooling of the hot areas of the body such as the tendons, the face, the neck) but also regeneration mental and spiritual.
